Practical Every Day Carry is the ideal course for the person looking to carry in states that recognize constitutional carry, those who carry infrequently, and those looking for a refresher on every day carry skills.

Practical tactics for every day concealed carry.
Holster and pistol selection criteria and recommendations.
Self defense and lethal force law summary.
Practical application of lethal and non-lethal force.
Functional and repeatable drills that can be replicated outside of class, including dry practice.
Skill building lessons on communication, pattern recognition, and basic medical.
Gear selection for lethal and non-lethal applications, as well as clothing and tool recommendations.
Range time to cover fundamentals of getting a concealed pistol or non-lethal tool running.

This course is NOT a South Dakota Enhanced Concealed Carry permit qualifying course.
Required Course Materials and Gear:
Firearm: Must be modern and well kept semi auto pistol or double action revolver. Recommended barrel length of no more than 6 inches. No single action revolvers. No optics other than a non-magnifying red dot. Loaner guns are available as needed.
Calibers not allowed: Rifle calibers used in a handgun, any magnums.
Minimum Caliber: There is no minimum caliber required for this class.
Magazines: Attendees should bring two magazines, three is preferred. Attendees bringing revolvers please notify instructor beforehand.
Holster: A holster and quality belt are highly recommended. Small of back and shoulder holsters are not allowed.
Ammunition: Attendees should bring 100 rounds of factory new ammunition. Please, no reloads.
Eye and Ear Protection: Attendees must bring eye and ear protection. Prescription glasses are acceptable so long as they cover the eye well. Double hearing protection (ear plugs and ear muffs) is highly recommended for indoor ranges.
Other Recommended Materials:
A brimmed hat with a front bill to cover the face.
V-neck and loose collared shirts are not recommended.
Gun oil and other firearm maintenance tools are recommended
Food and drink as needed for the day. We will work through lunch, please bring snacks and drinks for yourself.
Refund and Reschedule Policy:
Refunds will not be offered in any circumstance. If a reschedule is required due to weather or instructor need, the course cost will be applied to the next available class opening of the same class type. If an attendee is unable to attend for any reason, the course fee will be applied to a scheduled course of the students choosing within 90 days of the original scheduled course date. If no course within 90 days is chosen the fee will be forfeited by the attendee.
